Millennium's Annual Chile & Beer Dinner

Each year we at Millennium look forward to the 70 mile trip to Tierra Vegetables where we meet brother/sister team Lee and Wayne James, tour their beautiful farm and pick through the most flavorful peppers we can get our hands on. Relying upon sustainable farming practices in an excellent climate for what has been thirty years now, Lee and Wayne grow more than twenty varieties of chilies and sweet peppers each year. Eric Tucker and his creative culinary team select the finest specimens of the harvest and create a delicious 5 course menu at the end of each Summer.
Because we want Bell Pepper and Naga Jolokia lovers to be able to sit at the same table, we let you control the capsaicin while we quench your thirst with a delicious specialty beer pairing... You'll know after this dinner, if you did not already, that Eric, Jason & their team are passionate about chilies and beer - and especially their delectable coupling at your dinner table.

Those of you who are passionate about food and wine will not want to miss Millennium's September Winemaker Dinner. Our wine director Chris Tavelli - known for his unique, eclectic taste will be taking us to the Mediterranean - known for it's inimitable grape varietals, lush, complex microclimates, and wines that truly capture the essence of the salty sea and ancient earth. We have chosen our favorite French and Italian wines imported by Terra Firma whose focus is on the "old-world" style. Eric Tucker, Anne Baptiste and their team are extremely excited to have the opportunity to create a five course globally influenced, locally sourced menu around these ultimate food-loving wines from the most renowned of regions. Join us for an unforgettable evening with Chris and Garrett Pierce from Terra Firma who will be on hand to discuss the wines and to answer any questions you may have.

Sunday-Wednesday we offer a 3-course prix fixe option for just $39/person with an optional wine pairing for $12. Choose from selected items off our regular menu & we will happily match each course with a selection from our wine list!
Convert A Carnivore
Bring a Carnivorous Friend into Millennium on the 2nd Wednesday of every month and you and your friend will receive a 25% discount, excluding alcohol. The next Convert A Carnivore is Wednesday August 11th.
Aphrodisiac Nights
Every Sunday closest to the full moon, Millennium offers its Aphrodisiac Dinners, only $45 per person. In conjunction with the Hotel California we are able to offer an entire Aphrodisiac Overnight Package for $192 (This price is inclusive of the Aphrodisiac dinner for two at Millennium and your room at the Hotel California. Gratuity not included).
