Millennium's mission is to be a resource for those wishing to explore a healthy diet, avant garde cooking, and unique gastronomical happenings. Throughout the year we offer wine maker dinners, chili, tomato and mushroom dinners, cooking demonstrations, and other fun events intended for the education, enjoyment and entertainment of those who support us. Here's what is coming up soon:

July Winemaker Dinner: Ian Brand
Thirty five year old Ian Brand started his winemaking career in 2003 and managed to establish himself as one of Monterey County's best and most prolific winemakers in just five years with little financial backing and no formal education in enology. Named by Wine Enthusiast Magazine to its "40 Under 40: American Tastemakers" in 2012, he's among an elite list of rapidly rising stars in the wine world. He creates premium wines for 12 different labels, including three of his own--Le P'tit Paysan, which he calls a "village level wine, approachable but off the beaten path"; La Marea, single vineyard Spanish varietals "rooted in the sea, the soil and the sea air"; and Fieldfare, a label for "blends that fit well together." He is on a constant quest to find hidden vineyard gems off the beaten path. We are thrilled that Ian is able to join us on the evening of July 23rd!

Prix Fixe Menu
Sunday-Wednesday we offer a 3-course prix fixe option for just $42/person with an optional wine pairing for $13. Choose from selected items off our regular menu & we will happily match each course with a selection from our wine list!

Convert A Carnivore
Bring a Carnivorous Friend into Millennium on the 2nd & Fourth Wednesdays of every month and you and your friend will receive a 25% discount, excluding alcohol. Upcoming convert a carnivore dates: July 9 & 23.
