Millennium's mission is to be a resource for those wishing to explore a healthy diet, avant garde cooking, and unique gastronomical happenings. Throughout the year we offer wine maker dinners, chili, tomato and mushroom dinners, cooking demonstrations, and other fun events intended for the education, enjoyment and entertainment of those who support us. Here's what is coming up soon:

Annual Heirloom Tomato Dinner!
Once a year we are blessed by a late harvest of Heirloom Tomatoes, and pass this blessing on to you by creating a menu that celebrates the rare beauty of these rarest vegetables--a beauty only increased and made more wondrous in the kitchen! Today we have far fewer heirloom varieties than existed for centuries. The family farms & heirlooms that have survived deserve our attention, our care, and our endless respect. EricTucker & his always inspired team will create four (plus amuse!) courses honoring Green Zebras, Golden Gilrs and many more--handpicked at Eatwell Farm by our very own staff! In addition, we will feature an optional wine pairing with each course along with a not-to-be-missed bloody mary bar! Come join us, in the final, fertile moments of our season, to see how summer saves the best for last--to savor the heirlooms of the earth, and honor the makers who have brought them forth.

Summer Winemaker Dinner: Field Recordings
Field Recordings is winemaker Andrew Jones' personal catalog of the people and places he values most. He spends his days as a vine nursery field man planning and planting vineyards for farmers all over California, and is sometimes offered small lots of their best fruit. He has a keen eye for sites that hold enourmus potential--that are unknown or under-appreciated, and he produces small quantities of soulful wine from these unusual, quiet vineyards. He wants to tell the stories of these vineyards and the people farming them through his wine. He loves winemaking, but most of his enjoyment comes from being out in the vineyards with the vineyard managers and their crew. Join us Wednesday, August 27th for an evening with Andrew, Eric & friends!

Sunday-Wednesday we offer a 3-course prix fixe option for just $42/person with an optional wine pairing for $13. Choose from selected items off our regular menu & we will happily match each course with a selection from our wine list!

Convert A Carnivore
Bring a Carnivorous Friend into Millennium on the 2nd & Fourth Wednesdays of every month and you and your friend will receive a 25% discount, excluding alcohol. Upcoming convert a carnivore dates: August 13 & 27.
